In 1972 he have finished F. Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, were nowadays he works as a teacher.

He had started his artistic activity even before he finished his studies. From 1966 to 86 he performed in a band of Chamber Musicians of National Philharmonic leaded by K. Teutsch. In 1972 together with J. Tawroszewicz he established a string quartet called "Polish Quartet". The Quartet have made numerous records for radios in Germany, Switzerland, France and Poland and have performed at international competitions, where it have received Ist Prize in Colmar, II nd Prize in Belgrad and III rd Prize in Munich. From 1972 to 1985 he have worked as a concert master at Warsaw Chamber Music Opera. Together with Jerzy Maksymiuk He was a founder of Polish Chamber Orchestra. In 1985 he established Camerata Vistula which He manager up till now. They performed in many countries and have always received the best reviews in professional music press.

Apart form chamber music activity Andrzej Wróbel performs also as a soloist and is the author of many elaborations of music compositions. Of his authorship is the elaboration of every Chopin Compositions for piano and orchestra. While managing Camerata Vistula he have organized and performed many concerts.
